It was Paslay who set the tone, opening the show with seven of his most successful songs. An under the weather Randy Houser was next to the stage, who didn’t let his health get in the way of his typical country rock performance. And Dierks bentley closed the show, giving the crowd everything he had as he navigated his way through a hit heavy setlist.

New York City will get it’s own country music festival for the first time in 2015. The festival being dubbed as Farmborough will span three days, June 26 through 28 on Randalls Island. The festival will be headlined by three of country music’s biggest stars, Dierks Bentley Luke Bryan and Brad Paisley. The decision for a country fest in NYC has been coming over the past few years as the genre continues to get more popular. Recently Madison Square Garden has hosted sold out shows from Eric Church, Blake Shelton, and Luke Bryan. Tickets for the three day event will be sold in passes. A pass will get ticketholders into all three days of the event and go on sale on November 6th for $225.
