Danielle Bradbery is best known for winning The Voice. That sentence could easily be rewritten as Danielle Bradbery is best known for her amazing voice. The nineteen year old “Young in America” singer showed off her impressive vocals on the Suits and Boots tour in New England this weekend.
Opening each night of the tour and performing a small collection of songs, Bradbery wasted no time introducing herself as an artist to the capacity crowds. In a set that included her debut single “Heart of Dixie,” current single “Friend Zone” as well as some other new songs that will be featured on her sophomore album, she quickly won over the crowd.
As with any artist I’m always interested in their demeanor on stage – whether their more concerned with interacting with fans or putting on the best vocal performance they can. This gets taken a step further with young artists, Michael Ray is a perfect example of combining both. With Bradbery’s performance she chose to switch up depending on the song. Moving freely about the small stage on up tempo tracks and staying in control on the slower ballads where hitting every note is of utmost importance. And the fans soaked it up, so much so that a few hundred of them had no problem waiting around after the show for a quick meet and greet.
So if you’ve got tickets to one of the remaining dates of the Suits and Boots tour you’re going to want to get there early because Danielle Bradbery isn’t going to wait around.
