Old Dominion Signs Record Deal

Old Dominion Record Deal
Old Dominion signs their record deal with RCA Nashville.

After scoring two number one hits on SiriusXM The Highway without a record deal, Old Dominion signed with RCA Nashville this morning. The four member group is already off to a hot start in 2015 with the news that they’d be opening up for Kenny Chesney at seventeen stadiums this summer and after rushing their current single “Break Up With Him” to radio due to fan demand. With the addition of a record deal the band hopes to gain traction on airwaves across the country.

“We couldn’t be more excited to join the RCA Nashville family. As a band, we are eager to start our next chapter and are grateful for the opportunity to do that with the support of an amazing promotion and marketing team in RCA,” shares lead singer Matt Ramsey. That next chapter means new music – likely sooner rather than later. As with any new act there’s an urgency to give the fans more of what they desire. In Old Dominion’s case that likely means a full length album coming in the second half of 2015.
